UIF maintains academic database services to researchers, journal editors and publishers. UIF focuses on: citation indexing, citation analysis, and maintains citation databases covering thousands of academic journals. UIF provides a detailed report of individual journals for further improvement. The articles citation database is maintained by UIF's own Knowledge database service. This database also helps researchers to identify which articles have been cited most frequently, who has cited them and to find out the journal's Universal Impact Factor {UIF}. UIF also publishes the annual Journal Feedback Report which lists an overall improvement of journals that it tracks.
